Terms of Service | Clean Charge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clean Charge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

Clean Charge offers a monthly membership subscription that includes:

Weekly full-service exterior wash
Unlimited bug and bird dropping removal
Interior vacuum and wipe-down
Tesla-safe cleaning products and processes
48-hour cleanliness guarantee

Membership is billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Service Availability

Services are available during operating hours at our designated charging locations. Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, staffing, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide service during your charging session.

4. Vehicle Requirements

Members must register their vehicle(s) with accurate information including license plate number. We use this information to identify your vehicle when you arrive. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle information is current.

5. Payment

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. If payment fails, your membership may be suspended until payment is resolved.

6. Liability

Clean Charge takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or conditions
Damage caused by vehicle defects
Personal items left in the vehicle
Damage resulting from incorrect vehicle information provided by you

Any claims must be reported immediately upon pickup of your vehicle.

7. 48-Hour Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 48 hours and we will re-service your vehicle at no additional charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship and does not apply to new dirt, debris, or environmental factors occurring after service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership for violation of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or fraudulent activity. You may cancel your membership at any time through your member portal.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the member portal.
